Always so picky over the slighest things. Making and serving oily food for less than local Mcdonalds pay. Many co-workers are quitting/has already quit because of the lack of rewards we get due to our location being located off of 2 highways that intersect with one another = HIGH VOLUME OF GUESTS
The team is misguided and can manage to do there work but has terrible leadership and management who dont use them to their full potential.
Everything , everything is out of order. Nothing works . I try giving real advice . GM or shift leads doesnt care. They only in it for the quartly bonus

The hour distribution was very unfair
Hire someone who treats their team with dignity and not harrasing everyone . Making everyone walk out and quit because its not worth the disrespect we get. I go home and feel anxity all night from work harrasing me and no one doing anything about it.

As An Adult 13.50 With Constant Walking Etc An Hospitality is worth more..1Burger is almost 10 So how can We Survive On 13..Other lower level Restaurants pay more..pay rates Definitely need work..this job has a huge turnover an a person who has bills need another job working here
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Get rid of their entitlement, too many bratty young kids at their first job wanting everything handed to them. Learn to respect their peers.
I got threaten to get jump if i didnt pick up the pace .
By being better. You have to want better to do better.
Coworkers, lack work ethics. They don't care about the way they make food they don't care about our guess. They care about just working with each other or with their best friends and creating a terrible environment
They have no work ethic what so ever and are blatantly rude
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone needs to learn how to treat people with respect and kindness
Can't allow friends to work with each other because then they don't work, and they treat others terribly. Too much favoritism with Manager 's team members. Too much slacking off managers and team members hanging out and drinking after work.

Theyll hire anyone, you can get hired in pajamas
To actually hire people that is willing to work hard not just people trying to make a buck

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My general manager Nick is very disrepectful and talks about me to other team members and it's rude. When I put my two weeks in, he automatically went to another team member and said "he said he's going to cut your hours and possible fire you."
Orders need to be out faster since it is a fast food place
We are slow, youll wait 40 min for a hotdog . No one cares about anything it seems like
The food tastes good, but its presentation is dirty. Customers say the price does not reflect the look of the food.
Hire better management and give team members more respect
