As a manager, I would say that we always strive to make the best working environments

Putting people in positions that suit their needs and the company. Often we get manager's that don't always do what's best for the store.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Training hours are hard to come by being in such a busy store. Really having a solid team that knows there stuff is what we are aiming for.
