Asked for a Full time position 8 months ago and feel it was unfair when learned there had been new hires. I heard and feel i didnt get the position because company may not have wanted to pay for medical.

Basically nothing that would ever change
1. Stores are understaffed and they will always be because of the bonus structure which causes employees to burn out quickly because they have to work more for less. 2. Health insurance is really expensive
I work very hard with this company and they dont vaule you at all. Starting pay should not 12.50 & the pay should be 16.00 and up .
Higher pay and recognition without back handed compliments. Getting paid equal or more than those who are less experienced
Being treated like a human
Our executive team has been combative with our department ever since I started. Never turning away damaged product. Everything on auto order instead of looking to see what we have in house, and intermingling among the office staff, which HR never did anything about.
