What is the best part about your compensation package?

Bonus is good if you hit. Hard to attain depending on previous year performance, benefits are good

There is potential to make good money.

Fidelity makes it easy to educate yourself on your options

Hard to pick a best. Its the total compensation that makes it so good. Benefits, savings, matching, salary, vacation etc.

Everything is great about the packages

Wages have not caught up to inflation increases.

They raised prices %20 but only paid me %8 more.

That i would have a clear understanding of my goals and how I can conyinue to geow with the company. I have no ideal how i do each say. I know i do my best. I won award few months ago from Troy. It was horrible the backlash from that.

Asked for a Full time position 8 months ago and feel it was unfair when learned there had been new hires. I heard and feel i didnt get the position because company may not have wanted to pay for medical.

Higher salary. Especially being able to see the profit and loss compared to my impact on the stores success.

Salary should be higher, more PTO and better insurance plan options should be offered, and salary increases should keep pace with the cost of living

Management will try and get you for as cheap as possible. Young employees beware, aim high, know your worth.

Basically nothing that would ever change

1. Stores are understaffed and they will always be because of the bonus structure which causes employees to burn out quickly because they have to work more for less. 2. Health insurance is really expensive

I work very hard with this company and they dont vaule you at all. Starting pay should not 12.50 & the pay should be 16.00 and up .

Higher pay and recognition without back handed compliments. Getting paid equal or more than those who are less experienced

Being treated like a human

Our executive team has been combative with our department ever since I started. Never turning away damaged product. Everything on auto order instead of looking to see what we have in house, and intermingling among the office staff, which HR never did anything about.
