Days off and paydays. That is all.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management needs to drastically change.

I havent been trained right since i have started.plus im sure my managers should have been the one to train. Also when asking for help i feel like it doent want to be offered and most times is told to look to the cheat cards. And may i remind again i was not trained properly.

Review from Sales Dept

Again comes to consistency and less beating of the chest. The company has become arrogant and prideful and with that now lacks direction.

It can't be improved until the much needed changes are made and implemented, Upon hiring and orientation there wasn't any kind of a handbook nor fire escape routine restrooms are toxic. Bull dozier the facility and build something more reputable

Review from Product Dept

management is always bulling and threatning

They tell us constantly that we don't have enough employees. They see that we aren't treated well.

Bad treatment, drug use in the facility

Review from Sales Dept

Again, improvement would come from the company listening to the employees concerns and following through with safety measures as well as other duties required by the job.

Review from Sales Dept

Issue with systems such as computers. Pay is lack luster. I am treated as a robot rather then person consistently

Review from Sales Dept

Too much favoritism and not enough work

Review from Customer Support Dept

It’shust life ups and downs

Review from Operations Dept

Stop acting like an elementary school
