Even if I am not excited every day to work, I really like most of the job. Sometimes taking complaints is a bit much but again, I do, most of the time ,still enjoy the work. If that changed, I would speak to my supervisor and see if there is anything else I could do or position I could apply for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When I do ask for help, I do get it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping people understand the process with application of products, fix a situation and help them with product satisfaction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To me this is when you leave a company. Company benefits on sick days was better before this last change, now comes out vacation days.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home so it falls upon me to make my environment comfortable. When at the office, it is okay, a lot noisier but exciting to see people.
