It's been terrible. I am mistreated every day I work, I catch my manager talk poorly behind my coworkers backs, my manager never takes initiative and always puts the blame on others when things go wrong
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing. It's a terrible place at the establishment I work at
What did you like most about the interview process?
I'm neutral about it. She kept repeating she doesn't want to waste time or wants people who are reliable, but then makes it difficult qith her behavior later on
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Working as a team. There is rarely ever any team work and the new hired people are usually stuck doing big orders individually while the assistant manager, jey holder and manager sit and do nothing
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being a leader, not bullying her workers, not talking behind her workers backs, understand that we are not on call and I am a part time worker with a requested amount of hours, which she doesn't follow.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
No bullying from the manager, a friendly environment where I dread going to work or thinking of going to work every single shift. Whether it be she gets talked to by her boss or fired, it needs to change as I feel belittled every time I'm there
