What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sorta friendly learn a lot and a lot of responsibility
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is some sort of leadership but sometimes communication is difficult with your team when your assistant or manager get frustrated and take it out on you. Or keeping you in tge daro with orders etc.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication and not taking things person when a customer gets upset and then taking out their frustrations on others. Doing their part to keep the store running and not relying one one person solely to do all the cleaning etc
What did you like most about the interview process?
The wasnt much to like....it was quick and fast. I had two interviews and tge first one was for a delivery driver snd i never got called or heard anything from the mananger when i was the only candidate to apply for that iob. Second interview was done for a different position
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was making 22 an hour as a painter and being able to pay my bills to making 18 an hour and struggling to pay my bills and promised an extra dollar raise once i became a key holder and then findinging out that i wasnt getting the dollar raise but would get extra responsibility for same pay
