I just started working here a few weeks ago but there are little to no resources for me to learn about the company and what im supposed to do. My manager is becoming a sales rep soon so shes completely checked out, the only things shes had me do is stock a few things but only because she doesntwant

Its neither positive or negative.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I djdnt even know we had a leadership team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I look forward to lunch time. I wish i knew mlre about paints
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I wish my manager had actually read my resume and interviewd me and actually informed me about the work id be doing
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I wish i was actually trained so i could be of use in the store. Very frustrating to have to ask to be trained or if theres any respurces available to me
