Collaborative efforts between stores and reps. If you call someone for help they will almost always do whatever they can to help solve your problem.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care, and actively try to make things easier because they know the job in the stores is incredibly difficult and they have all been in our spots before.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best thing about Sherwin in the stores is we all work together. We call each other all the time to ask for help and talk to other members on our team. They fostered a culture where everyone helps each other and I mean that in the least cheesy way possible.
