They make you feel at home they make you feel like you're not just a number you're part of the family
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If you're not liked and if you one don't like you none of them like you if you're not like they will intentionally cause breakdowns so things have to be fixed over and over and over tedious things
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They tell everybody your business there nothing is private from the head of HR down to the supervisors if you come to somebody with a problem as soon as you walk out the door they are calling the other supervisors and tell them your problem which they did tell all the employees and then they treat y
