What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a sales rep bonuses are pretty competitive, they also give a lot of opportunities during the year to earn extra money or trips.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part people seem to really enjoy working together but the company makes stores compete against each other which makes it difficult to really become friends with coworkers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More realistic expectations. Expectations are so unrealistic that lying on every day reports is common practice by EVERYONE working there. I am guessing the managers know since most work their way up but they just ignore it.
