Very childish and cliquey. Some isolate others and make it a very tense atmosphere to work in. Some managers do not take action and simply do nothing about it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees need to be held accountable for bullying and intimidation of others. It is unfortunate that this type of behavior still continues in adults just like how the kids still do it today.
