Bad from the beginning. With an influx of change in management to the lack of organization to the not intuitive design on the pos this company is rather horrible
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organization, better CPU and computers, a system connected to all rather then some accounts
What are some of the best things about your team?
There nice to work with but I should stress a lack of getting things done mostly by the manager
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Issue with systems such as computers. Pay is lack luster. I am treated as a robot rather then person consistently
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The online tests just to get an interview needs to be shorter 40mins is insane just to get a interview and not a job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits for part time past a certain amount of time. I was denied a promotion because of how the structural ladder works even tho I outclass the person who got the promotion in every way
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
How contractors treat us and the policies that make it exclusivly in there favor. I have been yelled at and harassed by customers and we are expected to take it or be insulted to ensure play margins and sales are fine.
