I have worked for SW twice now. The first time I left was to become a nurse the second time was for medical reasons. I absolutely love working for this company. I wish I would have made it my career. They give you the time off you need and are very flexible when needed. I recommend you to all.

Easy going, moderate pace, yet friendly staff to work with. Customers can be challenging at times but that comes with any company you work with.

The people I work with, the knowledge that I have learned over the years and the fact that I can get the customers in and out of the store satisfied
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together and the fact that if my team feels the managers are not listening to them they can come to me, being that I use to be a manager, and I will get the job done for them.
