- What do you like best about the leadership team?One of the standout qualities of the leadership team is their enhanced communication regarding business performance, which provides transparency and fosters trust. The 'Spotlight' program not only boosts morale but also encourages a culture of acknowledgment and appreciation within the company.

Supporting each other and celebrating our team’s success is an important part of the work we do every day at Shutterfly. One way we do this is through our Maximum Aperture recognition program and last week, our Top Shot Award winners and leaders gathered to celebrate their outstanding achievements.
Shutterfly held its first-ever internal Social Media Summit at our home office in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. It was two days full of energy, trends, learnings, and visits from our partners at Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube. Oh yeah, we were also joined by one of our favorite social media personalities, Corporate Natalie!
