What are some of the best things about your team?We are a diverse group from across the country. Different background and perspectives. Also multiple different functions within the group.
What do you like best about the leadership team? One of the standout qualities of the leadership team is their enhanced communication regarding business performance, which provides transparency and fosters trust. The 'Spotlight' program not only boosts morale but also encourages a culture of acknowledgment and appreciation within the company.
What makes you most happy at work? The camaraderie and sense of belonging I experience with my colleagues bring me the greatest joy at work. Having a leader who recognizes my contributions and values my presence makes my workplace feel like a second home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I believe my compensation does not reflect the complexity of the role. An updated title or pay increase, alongside a clear career progression plan, would improve my perception of value and commitment to my position.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Clear communication and transparency. Follow through. Prioritization to help manage workload and eliminate burnout. Not everything can be a priority, especially amongst short staffed teams. Support employees.
