Was quite personal, but also not too long.

Getting things released to our users/customers and enjoying their positive feedbacks.

The management team is very transparent and hands on. They give voice and listen to everyone's opinions but still very decisive in their decision making.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is fair for a startup, especially given that there is rarely any overtime and management gives much flexibility in working schedule as well as vacation days.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Has a good startup vibe where everyone, including management, are very hands on and accountable. Everyone is focused on the company goals and everyone is pulling their weight. There is no politics here and staff gets along well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works hard and is accountable for their work. People take ownership and pride in their work, and not just doing what they were told, or doing the minimum to get by. I respect and enjoy working with my coworkers.
