We get a market conform salary and many of us get KPI based shares. There is a good work-life balance with enough team activities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is well mixed in skills and personality types and every opinion matters. People take ownership and find solutions together when there is a problem to solve
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had to do a short assignment to show my way of thinking/working which allowed the team to understand me as a person, not just force-fit me in a role
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are great, first of all. And we all help each other grow. Giving feedback is appreciated and we acknowledge each others skills, and create roles that fit the person, allowing us to complement each others qualities
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do what I love most - build a user experience of the future around planning and healthy cooking to help people save time, something I'm personally passionate about. And my role allows me to 100% focus on my qualities and be supported by people with other skills to make it happen
