Siemens-Energy is a great company if you are just looking for mediocre employment with decent benefits. They don't embrace work from home culture. They will pay new employees more than current ones. Overall decent people at this company, just an older mentality towards work.

Work all the time just to make a decent wage, 60 hours or more per week. Management is concerned more with production numbers and statistics that make them look good. Benefits have steadily declined over the last 5 years and worker retention has fallen. Many are retiring and hard to replce.
