I enjoy working at home as well as having the option to change things up with the summer hours program
I believe the culture is important to Simplus but less important to Infosys and unfortunately I believe the Infosys non-culture will win out within the next year or so.

we work hard but have fun, open communication, everyone willing to help each other at any time
Everyone is willing to help answer questions and help each other be successful
I enjoy the few people I interact with. I wish we would do more local interaction but that seems to have ended.
