Better than most GSI-owned subsidiaries. I enjoy the people I work most closely with and we are a pretty stable team, which makes all the difference. I work more hours to make up for all the inefficiencies and extra steps as we scale, but it isn't sustainable.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Simplus is a great place and Infosys seems to share many of our core values, but even with all that shared good will and stewardship, there are "big company" process inefficiencies that make it difficult to focus on being productive. Many tasks are internal reporting focused and counterproductive.

Genuinely well-meaning, caring, hard-working, honest, transparent communication.

Commission plan. Base is actually low, but commission makes it worthwhile.

Creating things for our customers that make their work-lives better. I love helping them solve challenges they couldn't do on their own.
