I really enjoy working at Simplus. I know people that have left Simplus for other companies that are happy as well as those that regret leaving. As long as I am being challenged, I am compensated fairly, and I can maintain a good work/life balance I will continue working at Simplus.

I enjoy providing solutions and developing. I enjoy the hands on work. I like challenges that come with consulting.

There is great collaboration amongst employees. The company is focusing on work/life balance. I feel optimistic that I will enjoy working at Simplus moving forward.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have very competent executives that are leaders in the industry. They understand Salesforce and consulting because they worked their way from the bottom to the top of the organization.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is adjusted along with my growth. I could go get more money from another company, however, Simplus has always bumped my pay as I've progressed and my market value has increased. It is valuable to work for a company that recognizes my growth and compensates me for that growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have lost some highly skilled workers. We have hired some highly skilled workers. We have also hired some people that were expected to grow into a role. Simplus employees are underdogs, with the turnover I've seen in the last few years, we have continued to hire underdogs which is a good thing.
