Experience goes hand in had with people. So far, I have been lucky to have great people in my team, who I work closely with. This helps us navigate cross-department objectives. On a higher level, if leadership/ the executive group, lead by example, then the flow on effect should be positive.

Not being siloed by other departments and how my team always make time to jump on zooms and chat things through to stay aligned.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Re: AU That in theory, they are suppose to collectively evaluate decisions and consider cross-department perspectives. It is important to balance decision making this way, with cross-department representation, aware of insights from their reporting team.
