Working with professional, responsible, talented people to fulfill clients goals while providing a quality product and demanding a fair price for the solutions we provide. I like the Simplus business model where which is about value-add and not least cost where employees are viewed as a commodity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to input. I feel it's too early to judge if the executive leadership team is effective. More time must pass under Ryan Northington's leadership for an accurate assessment. We are experiencing acquisition pains and it remains to be clear how the SLT course corrects under Infosys' domain

There are some team members that are knowledgeable, professional and strive to be the best. They show resilience and care about their colleagues. They will jump in and help. They embrace culture and genuinely care about their team mates. They want to make it all work and see Simplus thrive
