It's been a mix bag. Highlights are compensation, team mates, experience, and my manager and their managers. Low points are also some teams that were not great to work with and could have been more professional.

They seem transparent and to the point.

Transparency, politics free, mostly positive and constructive attitude
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems, leaving things better than I found them
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The package is ok, but would be happier to see better 401k matching or bigger budgets for hub events, Christmas gifts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I find some onshore team works well together and some are a bit challenging. I find the PDC team mostly are great, and they have great attitudes.
