Scheduled time to bond with co - workers, especially in a virtual environment. Scheduled time to discuss challenges in order to create successful solutions for our team and for the client.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that my team communicates frequently, and seems to be more organized than others. I also think the team as a whole does a good job of being respectful, while also discussing areas for improvement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More frequent feedback/ review to reflect the possible "Bonus increase" described in contract when hired. Also feel that if certain benefits are not being used from the company (ex. healthcare, etc.) that money the company is not spending should be returned in salary to the employee.
