Not afraid to provide input, everyone works hard, all ideas are giving consideration, williingness to jump in and help where needed
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus structure...but it would be nice to see an option to get $if not taking insurance since that is a company savings...other places I have worked have done that. I am covered under spouse so i don't need the ins from Simplus
