I'm very happy to be working at Simplus! It would be nice if the company would reiumburse/pay for my mobile phone, since it's expected that I use my mobile for work. Aside from that, very happy with leadership, my position and company culture.

That we receive bonuses (if we qualify) on top of base salary.

Most of the workforce is remote, but I feel connected to team members through Slack and company meetings.

Leadership is very clear on company's objective, keeps communication open with regular meetings and has an open door policy.

Very collaborative workforce. Even though we are all remote, everyone is very helpful and responsive through the Slack channels.
