More planning and processes needed for multi-million dollar projects. More often than not these projects become problematic due to poor planning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe we can factor in inflation rate when determining appraisal percentage. For the past few years my yearly appraisal is below the country's inflation rate.
