Encourage collaboration. When I joined I felt the company avoided political activism and virtual signaling. Unfortunately that seems to be changing

Stay focused on work excellence, pipeline and learning opportunities. Stop following practices of "woke" companies and politically divisive policies. Bet 99% of employees would rather have an extra $ rather than DEI investment if asked
