Started fantastically, but has been a steady decline since Infosys has been influencing Simplus more and more. This has resulted in the resignation of many good people who have not been replaced, or replaced with people less capable.

Being able to produce good value and impactful outcome for clients
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being transparent, communicating in a timely manner, provide applicable information related to company strategy and direction
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because based on the job market over the last 12 months, even including mass layoff from multiple companies I am paid at least 25% lower than the average salary for my (or a similar) role based on over 200 job advertisements
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The people I have been working with in the last 12 months need to have better consulting skills, better Salesforce knowledge, have a stronger work ethic and most importantly take more pride in the quality of the work they are producing.
