Just like any consulting firm, lipservice on all the internal stuff that sounds great but nobody really has time to actually do, so internal initiatives continue to delay because of billable hours always taking priority. Each weekend can't come fast enough to get away from insane project work.

Friendly people, with a family atmosphere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem nice and friendly, and appear genuine. They talk about wanting to ensure work-life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base & bonus are good. Overall insurance coverage is decent. 401k matching and HSA matching are decent.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If we weren't burning hot on projects all the time and actually had time for fun internal meetings, more 1:1's. A couple are just plain hard to talk to and not sure what would help.
