I have been here for almost 6 years. if took the offer from Uptima or Spaulding ridge I have doubled my starting salary package from Simplus about 2-3 years ago. I believe no company values loyalty anymore. That if you want to have better compensation continue to transfer and get hired.

They value employees however they are limited to a thing called budget

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some sr. consultants, team leads, or assoc managers. Has a better salary than me. This is not because of skills. This is because either they left and rejoin or they got a higher salary from the previous company. People leaving Simplus got a higher salary. Better Salary
