The unlimited PTO and the quarterly bonus package are great. The company matching of 401k contributions is outstanding.

The leadership team manages to balance the culture and values the company was built on with the challenges rapid growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support is the most positive thing about the culture and environment. From co-workers to management and executives there is a real sense of teamwork and stewardship.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love to have an option to purchase/earn more equity. I like the idea behind being given equity when you are brought on board, but it seems to end there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is open, transparent and accessible. I think communication is good and I have a clear idea on where I am heading professionally and the direction of the company as a whole.
What makes you most happy at work?
The overall experience of working at Simplus makes me happy. From the culture and environment to my co-workers. Even though I have the option to work remote I enjoy coming into the office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about this team is that we are actually a team, at the end of the day the team leadership has our backs. As our practice grows opportunities are provided to help shape operations and structure. All input is considered by the management team and is often implemented.
