Simplus is a great company and I would always encourage anyone to work at Simplus. The concern I have has always revolved around compensation. It's hard to understand why after being acquired there was not money set aside to retain our top people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My managers and directors have had to fight to get me every dollar that I am being paid which I am very grateful for. Its disappointing to see their hands tied. I am placed in a position where I love the people at simplus, but I can go to another company and double my salary.
