I love this company and fear that Infosys will change it into something I love less
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's a lot of uncertainty about the future with Infosys. it's hard to tell if my work today will matter if the company changes significantly through the integration process
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would like to see variable compensation come back. I've taken a pretty major hit to compensation when that went away and there isn't clarity on when it will come back
