I think executives are more in tune with delivery needs than they ever have been and I feel like our current delivery leadership is excellent and represents our needs very well. Our previous leader was not and did not in my opinion. I think most of our executives are still a bit disconnected here.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, vision, creativity. They are excellent at navigating the salesforce ecosystem especially in the current economic climate. The level of transparency is second to none.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have very clear opportunities to make more money for great companies. From a purely fiscal standpoint I don't want to compromise my financial compensation and ability. I would like my bonuses, salary, 401k match, and annual increase back. I don't think I will go next year without.
