I like what I do for a living in general, but it can be challenging doing a large amount of work with less resources.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pre-pandemic, it was the quarterly bonuses as well as the compensation for certifications. I also use the health insurance quite a bit and those benefits are really good!
