Overall, my experience has been positive. I have been given so many chances to learn and grow, and feel I have really blossomed professionally. As for negatives, there are still a few lingering "bad apples" that do not fit the culture that are a threat to the success of the team.

For the most part, everyone is very friendly, we care about each other as individuals outside of work, and we can work collaboratively. I have learned a lot from my peers and I feel they have learned from me, as well.
