I've been here a few years now and though things have changed as we have grown, the amount of support and dedication that leadership has towards the wellbeing of each employee has never dwindled. They truly want all their employees to succeed and I love that I get to participate in that!

Working with others to accomplish tasks and being able to get to know new people often.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard to accomplish goals together but we also take time to connect with each other personally as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO, even though we all know not to take advantage, it's really nice not having to count how many PTO hours I have left when I need a day off.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It truly feels like a family, even before the pandemic they reach out to employee's in need and are up to date on natural disasters and employees those are affecting! They care to express congratulations with major personal milestones like weddings, babies, family deaths, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team truly cares if I feel supported with work, they care about my family life and I also care how they are doing. I love feeling like a part of a team that cheers on each member and encourages them when work or life seems extra challenging!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are encouraged to stay in touch and have remote meet ups over Zoom to get to know others. We are almost all remote employees so it's nice to have a platform and events put together that encourage us to chat through things at work or even what's up with life at the moment.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love to stay busy and it's easy to do here! I am involved in multiple areas of the business which helps me learn new things and challenge my skills. I appreciate having people around me that can get down to business and get work done but also crack jokes and keep things fun as we go!
