What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everyone is stretched to their limits right now and no one seams to care. People are over worked, collaboration has disappeared. Opportunity and projects are scarce. So many of us are giving Simplus everything and we are not getting anything in return. What was the point of getting acquired?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I get it, COVID screwed everything up but we were just acquired by a multi billion dollar company, usually that means money is set aside to retain talent. That hasn’t happened and instead I took a pay cut with no guarantees that when things go back to normal I’ll be taken care

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Something needs to be done about the increase work load and the lack of monetary incentives. It’s miserable, just give us something. It doesn’t have to be immediate so at the very least give us some kind of expectation. Restore my faith, give me hope that this will pay off in t

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Show us why this acquisition is good for us? We haven’t seen any benefits on a employee level. Nothing, zero and it’s looking like people are jumping ship as a result because they see the writing on the wall. This reverse integration was lie. They just wanted our partner status, no
