WFH, flexibility, the employee summits are the best when we can get together and collaborate as a team -- see the humans from behind the keyboard and foster professional relationships.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Leadership has managed unforeseen events of 2020. I didn't lose 5% of salary, lost 5% of salary/bonuses (adding up to more than 5%). I don't feel "undervalued" necessarily but would like to see a long term plan to be made whole by the organization.
