What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is helpful, looks out for each other and I get to be with my family at night. I also like the creative ways the company gets people to interact with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put family first and believe in true work life balance. They have stood behind it in every test that has come up. Also, the team is a wonderful about having a true learning environment and I feel they do want people to improve and grow.
