Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, great experience at Simplus. As we win more larger contracts with our parent company (Infosys), some of the lower to med responsibility roles aren't needed. I'm afraid this may stagnate career progression a bit within the Managed Services side of the house.

The people; the caring; the team throughout the world
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm pretty sure I'm still well below norm, but I still make good money, and I appreciate that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
On the Managed Services side of the house, unlike when I was on the Delivery side, there isn't as much interaction day to day. But it's easy to reach out to co-workers if I have a question. Everyone is very helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a newer employee I've already been told I could get a good bit more at other places. This isn't what I want though. Once pay/bonuses do come back it would be nice to see a raise, but who wouldn't say that, right?
