I've had a positive experience so far with Skin Laundry. I feel as though growth in the company is achievable, and corporate genuinly cares about the clinics and who runs them. The improvement I'd love to see within the company is a better training program. More hands on as well.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Standardized training when first starting at the company would've been helpful for me, but overall I enjoy the collaborative nature of the company. I do wish employees were properly compensated (SCCs, Rns that have been with the company longer, CMs and MITs with large work loads)

Compensation that coincides with the work load

That they make it a point to know the team members at each clinic and are open to collaboration

Creating a postive and structured work environment, which helps keep my staff happy. Also, providing a way for clients to feel supported in their skin journey
