Working with my team is easy. Everyone is a great fit and we all get along. Everyone also watches out for everyone else to a point. Love my team!

The company, especially in HQ, is filled with empathetic and smart people who really believe in the mission. Being smaller and high-growth, SL benefits from making quick decisions and not getting bogged down in bureaucracy which eliminates a lot of frustration typically felt at a large company.
