At the end of the day im living my passion so my overall experience has been very fulfilling. Ive learned a lot about people and personality types and how to go about conflict resolution instead of "forgetting it". I feel good now communicating about issues and finding solutions for everyone.

When clients hard work begins to pay off AKA results!!

How open they are and genuinely wanted to enage and get to know everyone and for everyone to better understand them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wokring thru the pandemic has been a test for everyone physically, mentally and spiritually. I think these nurses deserve a raise based on their contributions during this time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have the same goals we like eachothers company in or outside of work we motivate eachother and also support eachother (when one of us is sad or something)
