Everyone is ready to learn and help eachother. The team work is amazing and genuine.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that the base is competitive but there is still incentive through performance to give yourself a raise every month with the bonus plan.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like that the commitments set for the company are shown through every decision and cinversation no matter how large or small they may be.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know i will become a better version of myself and be able to help impact others. As a team we get to change the world and that is exciting.
