Working at multiple locations has provided me the perspective that in-clinic management is what really sets the tone and level of morale amongst the team members for each clinic. Some clinic managers are not as hard working/professional as their fellow assistant managers.

Emphasis on being transparent and being people driven.

I can feel how passionate they are about stimulating our growth.

The nature of the job itself and my amazing clients and co-workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, but I do think it would be amazing if the nurses made the $55/hr AND took home tips.
