The ability to change direction for the greater good while taking in everyones thoughts and understanding prior to pivoting
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Upon hire there were broken promises in terms of compensation/bonus as well as the team is smaller than I was informed yet the clinic will never have that number of team members. I feel that I have more to offer and am underwhelmed at times due to my calibur/capabilities.
