They select specific people to join this team and do a phemonenal job. Overall like-minded people who all want a cohesive and positive environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a nurse, the tips pay for my hourly rate. It takes away from my hard work to not get to actually feel those tips since its taken away. There also isnt compensation for precepting or training others.
